All orders are subject to processing and handling times; we will do our best to get your order processed as fast as possible and handed off to the carrier.



Please know the health and safety of our customers and employees is so important to us. We are following state and local guidance and taking enhanced precautions in preparing your order for shipment. As a result, your order may experience processing delays coupled with universal shipping delays with carriers.

That being said, you should still expect your orders within 1 -12 business days from the day you placed it! As soon as your order ships you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. You can also track your order here. (TRACK MY ORDER)

Ground and Expedited Methods does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. Orders are also subject to delays in line with UPS restrictions, please find more information here .

We don't ship to APO/FPO and PO Box.

FREE SHIPPING is pleased to offer free standard shipping on any order over $49. Free shipping is only available in the US. 

Shipping to other countries will be charged standard shipping rates.

Return Policy

At, we are committed to your satisfaction. All unopened, unused product(s) can be returned for a full refund if a return is initiated within 30 days from the date upon which you received your order. The purchaser is solely responsible for the cost of shipping any returned items back to us. gladly accepts return of all eligible products no later than 30 days from the original ship date. Altered packaging/product, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for return. 

Eligible Products:

  • In original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling product).
  • Must have tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date of the order.

Ineligible Products:

  • Worn items or items containing any signs of wear including odor or styling product.
  • Damaged packaging or product as well as discontinued, closeout, and last call items.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at to let us know the reason for your return (“Return Request”). Upon receipt and approval of your Return Request, Myhairnow will issue you “Return Authorization” (RMA), which shall be delivered to you via email. In the event you do not have a valid email address to receive your Return Authorization, you must follow the instructions of the Myhairnow representative handling your request. A copy of the Return Authorization (RMA) should be included when you mail back any products. No returns will be processed unless and until a Return Authorization has been issued. Myhairnow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as such we recommend using a reputable private carrier for shipment or certified United State Postal Service packages. You are responsible for packing the product and for delivering the packed product with the affixed shipping label to the nearest [USPS/UPS/FedEx] drop off location. Please keep proof of your return in the event your package does not reach our warehouse as expected. 

Opened and used cosmetic products including shampoos, conditioners, and styling products are not eligible for return.  

Stock Hair Systems are eligible for return if they are in their original packaging and have not been altered in any way. 

If you find there is a problem with your order or are unhappy with your hair system in any way when you receive it please contact us immediately. Do not cut, style, color or wash the hair or wear the hair system. Our customer service team will be happy to discuss any issue with you and will be able to replace your hair system with another one if required.  

Myhairnow is responsible for return cost incurred due to any quality-related issues. 

We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee providing the hairpiece has not been cut, styled, colored, washed or worn. After the 30-day period, please contact our customer service team for solutions. 



  • Stock hair systems that have been cut, styled, colored, washed or worn 
  • The original packing or product was altered 
  • The item was worn or sprayed with any hair styling products 
  • Products that have been opened or used 
  • Any made-to-measure product 


  • Can only be returned if unworn and unaltered, whether alterations are made by you or by us at your request. 
  • Goods must be returned within 30 days after you receive them. 
  • We will only replace or refund after we have received the goods. We take no responsibility for returns lost by postal services. 
  • You will be responsible for the hair systems until the shipment reaches us. 

Please allow us 72 hours to process your return requests. Refunds may take anywhere from ten to thirty days to post to your payment method, depending on the payment method used.

Several types of goods may not be eligible for a full refund, and some items cannot be returned including Gift Cards and laser devices. For information on our laser devices’ product warranty please write to us at and refer to the product warranty certificate included with your product. 

Any free promotional items you may have received with your order are yours to keep and do not qualify for a refund.
